In speeches and movements Mussolini spoke of how the fascist system of government would save Italy during the chaos that came post war, officially though it was still the Kingdom of Italy. The Nazis in Germany where very specific and I'm not sure there's anything about them talking about a fascist movement, they where specifically National Socialists usually.
