What exactly are you looking for? By video, I'm assuming you mean some sort of documentary? While I am not too familiar with his filmographic work, I would nevertheless suggest finding one of Laurence Rees' documentaries. He is one of the best scholars out there currently working on Holocaust research, having recently published "The Holocaust: A New History" which is an absolutely fantastic single-volume work on the topic, and he has been very involved over his career in also creating documentary films (how he got his start) that cover similar ground, with much of the interview material serving as primary sources for his written works, which are often written somewhat in conjunction with the films he works on at the time, such as "'Auschwitz, the Nazis and the 'Final Solution'" which came out around the same time as his book "Auschwitz: A New History".
