Today I was looking at a map and noticed that Louisiana had more rebellions and revolts than the other southern states, including Mississippi and such. Why is this?
I hadn't know that the state did, though it did have one of the biggest. Full-scale slave revolts are pretty rare in the future US. Is the map online somewhere I could look? I can't promise insight, but I'm very curious about it.
