Did the period under Carthagenian rule facilitate the muslim takeover of the Iberian peninsula?

I was looking at this map https://i.imgur.com/5KGmUCS.png of the Carthagenian holdings/allies in the Iberian peninsula and it reminded of the extent of the Islamic/Moorish part several hundred years later, as it also lacked the northernmost part.

Did this Carthagenian connection facilitate the Islamic conquest of Iberia, culturally, militarily or otherwise?

A short answer is all that is needed here. No. It would be a very, very far stretch for anyone to try to make this connection. Carthage lost control of Spain around ~209-208 BC. Islamic invasion didn't happen for another 1,000 years. Rome had control over at least some part of Spain until ~400 AD, during which time any Carthagenian influence was wiped out (Carthage itself was destroyed in 146 BC, so there was certainly no Carthage left to maintain any culture or influence). I feel confident in telling you there was no connection between Islamic and Carthaginian Spain.
