Iv been playing the game ArmA 3, and found out the maps are 1:1 scales of real places (Greece islands), now I'm curious about their real history.

They're not 1:1 representations, Altis at least is about 75% the size of Lemnos. I'm not sure about Stratis.

Lemnos is among the oldest and most important Aegean settlements, with habitation extending to the earliest period of human settlement in the Aegean basin. The tradition that Hephaestus had been hurled to Lemnos is very old, as is the tradition that he settled at Mosychlus, and the island was an important cult center. The island was relatively important in the Athenian Empire, with its two cities (Hephaestia and Myrina) being assessed at a total of nine talents' tribute. In the second half of the fifth century the two cities, now resettled extensively with Athenian cleruchs, were assessed at three and one-and-a-half talents, respectively. The island had very little important in the Roman Period (I do not understand what you mean by "utilized," it's a settlement, what utilization is there?) but was sacked in 267 by the Herulians and Goths.
