Holstein Friesians are a breed of dairy cattle originating from the Dutch provinces of North Holland and Friesland, and Schleswig-Holstein in Northern Germany and Jutland. does that mean that ancient egyptians had trade relations with north europe?

What makes you think that is the only breed of cattle that can have black and white coloration (since I assume that's what you mean)? You can see lots of examples of black and white spotted cattle in Africa and Asia today that aren't Frisian cattle. Furthermore people first domesticated cattle in the Near East over 10,000 years ago and the Egyptians had domesticated cattle breeds thousands of years before cattle herders moved into the region of Frisia in about 100 BC.
