It looks very much like a German M1871 bayonet. The Heraldic symbol on the blade looks like a Reichsadler, an Imperial German eagle. The quillons or crossguard also look identical to the M1871 bayonet as does the grip which has the angled design and the screw that is featured in this picture.

I can't say for certain but I don't think this would have been intended for use. The engraving on the blade marks it a likely to be a ceremonial or commemorative blade rather then a practical one.
