Do we know (like from Roman texts) what Celtic and Germanic peoples wore as clothing? Is there any archaeological evidence for it?

There really isn't much archaeological information on what garments people wore, because they simply do not survive intact - as you can see, we have many textile fragments that can tell us really extensively about the processes used to gather, process, spin, dye, and weave them, but apart from occasional finds (typically in Scandinavian bogs) we just do not get entire garments until the late Middle Ages.
