What year was this map published?

I saw this map hanging in a souvenir shop and became curious about it's publication date, which doesn't appear to be on the map anywhere. It's made to be decorative and has a copyright 2012 in the lower right corner so I don't know if it is an accurate world map of a particular point in time, but if it is, I'm really curious on how how close we can get to determining its actual publication date.

Interwar period for sure. Probably late 1920s or early 1930s. Post WWI borders are established and in tact. British and French colonial empires in Africa and Middle East are there too.

Edit: I can narrow this down to before 1931. Canada is referred to as the Dominion of Canada. In 1931, the Statute of Westminster created the British Commonwealth, after which Canada ceased to be a dominion.

I would say it is an interwar map published after the great war and after the founding of the U.S.S.R but before the annexation of Czechoslovakia. So 1935? Best guess

Central Australia caught my eye. Existed 1927-1931.
