the industrial revolution

Why do the historians think of the Industrial revolution as the most important since the Neolithic revolution?

All revolutions are big, they change the world seemingly over night and exponentially propells us towards the next. When the bronze age hit it spread like wild fire. We see tons of perfectly good stone tools just thrown in a ditch upon seeing how incredibly more effective a bronze pickaxes is. Around the stonehenge there are found 50 stone tools and dear antlers (used as shovels) just trashed in a hole and filled the hole with gravel. The gravel was obtained by pulverizing the absolutely massive 70% complete super stonehenge they were building. They just destroyed it... With overkill, then they used the bronze pickaxes to dig a very large hole in the ground. Let's just say they went nuts. 2000 years later they invented Iron. It was officially medieval time with castles and invincible knights in plate armor. Then the industrial revolution happened and things just spiraled out of control. A world changing technology, a , happens about every generation now, no faster, 10 years is all you need to go back and the world looked very different. I can name smart phones. We are still in the information age though, the internet... But everybody got one in their pocket now, 5 year old kids use them. We can compare our childhoods to our children. The stones and sticks we played with looks absolutely alien, and we did incredibly dangerous stuff just to have a thrill. Yea mom, while I didn't get a Gameboy like other kids cause how dangerous you perceived them as, I was busying myself outside in risking my life scaling rock walls and mountains. Really my heart beat a little faster every time I think about how stupid we were. If you send your children outside don't forget their smart phone, child injuries are at an all time low and IQ including attention is way up due to the increasing amount of daily mental stimulation we subject ourself with. The next revolution is general AI technology. Yea like really general. It will be exponential again and help us infinitely more in our daily commute through life than smart phones do. It will be intelligent and help us organize, solve problems, suggest things we need perhaps even for fill our needs before we know we even wanted it. Like the car will turn on and set a destination before we put our shoes on, and if we want some take away food the door bell will ring just as we have that thought, the AI realized this and ordered one 10 minutes ago. Can you imagine the convenience?
