Yes there have been. There was a group of Hasids that were trafficking a substantial volume of ecstasy in the 1990's. There is an ok movie about it called Holy Rollers

About a decade ago there was a large criminal organization that heavily featured the Syrian Jewish community. This ended up bringing down several prominent NJ politicians.
