What were the opinions on the small ticket items of Lend Lease to the Soviet Union. (Food, Uniforms, Boots, Trucks etc)

I often see descriptions of the Soviet soldier's opinions on US tanks and planes given to the USSR. But i have never seen what they thought of the tons of food, clothing, trucks and train cars that the US shipped over.

Soviet journalist and novelist Vasily Grossman claimed that Russian people called American Spam "second front", a bitterly ironic reaction to official propaganda about how the Western allies would soon be fighting Germany on the ground and relieving the pressure on the USSR. Antony Beevor in The Second World War states that they called Spam tushonka (or stewed meat), but when they opened the can they would say "let's open the second front."
