I would like to do some research on Soviet partisan movements, but I have no clue where to start.
I can definitely throw a few things your way!
"The War Behind the Eastern Front" by Alexander Hill and "The Soviet Partisan Movement, 1941-1944" by Glantz and Grenkevich are both solid resources to give you an overview of the movement.
"War in the Wild East: The German Army and Soviet Partisans" by Ben H. Shepherd will give you more of a look at the Partisans vis-a-vis the Germans, and their attempts to stamp out the movement.
"Soviet Women On The Frontline In The Second World War" by Euridice Charon Cardona and Roger D. Markwick. Not exclusively about the Partisan movement, but one chapter is devoted specifically to the involvement of women, who made up a significant minority, with the movement.
Plenty more books beyond that, but hopefully will give you some direction to start.
