Is it true that Hitler's reforms was putting Germany under a lot of pressure, and were effectively forced to start a war to sustain themselves?

I've seen it in plenty of youtube comments, but cant really find anything on the internet.

Apparently Hitler's reforming of the Army, while making Germany a forced to be reckoned with, was starting to put pressure on the Economy. Even if Poland had yielded Danzig, sooner or later Germany would have been forced to fight a war to make their investment worthwhile and fuel an economy based on war.

Is that true?

I actually just read an old thread on here that I think covers your question very well. https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/comments/5lr606/how_much_truth_is_there_to_the_claim_that_if_nazi/
