Is there a reference resource for old cast iron hardware? I have a piece I’m curious about and think it may be from an old sailing ship or possibly a coach of some sort.
You might have better luck posting a photo of the piece to /r/whatisthisthing.
Post a photo: sometimes someone who knows is passing by.
