I have a bachelors in history and am currently a teacher. I love history and want to do something else with my degree.
There are a number of articles out there that address alternative careers for someone with a History Degree - some career examples would be: Diplomat; Curator; Editor; Military Officer; Researcher; related administration or legal work. Consider seeking professional career advice, too - if you love history, but are finding that teaching history is not that rewarding for you, then you should perhaps seek to identify your interests & abilities, such that you would enjoy an alternative - yet fulfilling - career.
Consider taking a post secondary degree, such as an MBA, to broaden your appeal to employers.
