I'd recommend Osprey books. I don't have any of the ones specifically about this, but they almost always produce really good and informative books detailing historical military uniforms and tactics for specific times and countries with great illustrations. This one is about Marlborough's army through the Spanish War of Succession, this is about the army of Louis XIV at the time and this and this are about various campaigns and battles which always have great information and illustrations. I plan to get these sometime myself but they're kind of expensive.
