I want to learn more about the transition of High to Late middle age, and about the Late per se. It can be videos or articles too. What do you recommend?

They are a fantastic starting point because he talks of how change was effected, how certain institutions grew, what political and cultural events shaped Europe. You can get a month free with The Great Courses Plus if you don’t have an account with them.
A good social history of the Middle Ages in England is by Ian Mortimer, very accessible.
