Looks like an Indian tourist replica loosely inspired by British Indian military design - cheap parts, poor workmanship, stamped "Made in India", the exposed nut on the pommel, blade not quite fitting, etc. You might want to cross-post this to r/swords, they handle a lot of these kind of sword-identifying questions and are very responsive.
