Need help identifying old inherited medals!

by GogglesMcgum

Inherited these three medals from my recently passed Grandfather. He was English (like me) but didn't fight in WW2 as he was too young at the time. He did join the army as a Tankie in 1949 (we think?). Noone I have asked seems to have any clue where these have come from and would have to assume these came from Army Swaps (he was posted in Germany numerous times).

Anyone who could shed any information on these medals would be greatly appreciated!

Images 1 and 2 are an Iron Cross (Eisernes Kreuz, or "EK"). The 1813 refers to the year the overall award was created, with the 1939, Swastika, and red-white-black ribbon clearly marking a WW2 EK. Based on the mounting and the reverse point (I've read that EK 1st Class commonly had a flat back for mounting to tunics), this is likely to be an Iron Cross 2nd Class. Wikipedia (yes, I know...) gives approx 4.5 million EK II issued during WW2, so the odds of being able to track it to an original recipient are negligible.

Images 3 and 4 are a Soviet sporting decoration of some sort; I apologise that I'm not familiar with the exact design. The inscription "второи разряд" means "Second Degree".

Images 5 and 6 are the Cross of Honour of the German Mother. The ribbon seems to be spurious, and does not match the intended blue-and-white issue. It's hard to tell the finish from your image (contrast e.g. this side-by-side image: http://wwwcdn.militarytrader.com/wp-content/uploads/IMG_8114.jpg) but that looks like the cross in Bronze, awarded for having four or five children.
