Self explaining title..
I'm currently writing an exam on culturehistorical archaeology and i do believe his method is hypothetico-deductive, as it seems he already had a 'hypothesis' before hand - and thereby making it hypo-deductive.
But it seems as if he doesn't really try to prove himself wrong, which seems to be a criteria. It's almost like you could call it a dogmatically Hypo-deductive method
