Technically it has not. Copenhagen which is called chew, is actually snuff, but very few people use it properly. If you read the lid, it’s says snuff.

I've done it, mates did it. No99 medicated snuff iirc. Thinking of it now, I do remember a dark powdery snotty discharge and a mild burn.
