What happened to Bucephala, the city Alexander the Great founded in India?

When Alexander's horse Bucephalas died, he had a city named after it called Bucephala. What happened to that city? Are there any remnants of it in modern India?

It's location was near modern day Jhelum in Pakistan.

Their neither, could I have distinguished Alexander's father's bones, from that of the locals. Alas, not even such great distances could remove his humanity.
