Today:

Welcome to this week's instalment of /r/AskHistorians' Sunday Digest (formerly the Day of Reflection). Nobody can read all the questions and answers that are posted here, so in this thread we invite you to share anything you'd like to highlight from the last week - an interesting discussion, an informative answer, an insightful question that was overlooked, or anything else.

I know it is not so great a move to post your own answers, but I'm quite proud of my post on the ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka. I'm still working on it, but I got burnt out while doing a section of funding, recruitment, war crimes, and counter-insurgency.

/u/Lion_And_Sun wrote a fantastic response to my question: What drove Isma'il I's rise to power and decision to enforce practice of Shi'a Islam?

EDIT: ... which I now see he already posted as a reply! But I think it deserves a top level post!
