I know this may seem like an odd question but I have a Professor who was born in Canada with a Dual-Citizenship to America because of his American mother. In Canada during elementary school he learned that the UK won the War of 1812 but when he came to America in High School he was taught (as was I since I’m from New Hampshire, USA) that America won the war. I was hoping someone could clarify?
