I'm new here and have no clue what I'm doing. I've located a few subreddits that pertain to my interests so I at least have a familiar area to go to, so that's good. My question is, is there an "official" subreddit regarding the Korean War the way there is for World War I and World War II? I've done some searching and have found some subreddits for the war, but none look like their "official" or active.
Thanks.
The thing with Reddit is that there aren't really "official" subreddits for a lot of topics -- they just sort of wax and wane with people's interests, and some can even be taken over by malicious folks (r/holocaust, for example, is a denialist sub). If you're interested in the Korean War or modern-day (up to 1998) Korea, we have some flaired experts here and you're welcome to ask questions, or you can check out this section of our FAQ on Korea.
