It's well known that in WW1 the French were eager to avenge the Franco-Prussian War, but did the Austrians feel any reservation to working with Germany for the Austro-Prussian War?
As an add on: Did the Germans have any reservations about the capabilities of the Austrian forces? The Austro-Prussian War had highlighted just how backwards their military was from weapons to leadership.
