Comments like this are far too broad for anyone to answer. What a society was like in 1100 London, was different from those living in living elsewhere in Europe, or Asia, Africa, or North America. I'd recommend narrowing it down that way you'll be more likely to solicit a response. Questions like, "What were the daily responsibilities for London peasants in the 1100s" or "What type of jobs could an orphan living in Constantinople hope to get in 1100 CE" would likely get you answers.
