Could the gun m1941 LMG have a scope on it?

In short, not really; the m1941 is a particularly niche support weapon and was only manufactured with the same sort of iron sights found on most small arms in the period. At first glance it doesn't appear to have any lugs by which a telescopic sight could be mounted to it, although that doesn't preclude some ingenious use of a soldering iron.

A more pressing question is why on earth anybody would want to attach a scope to a light support weapon. Telescopic sights were far from standard peices of equipment for men of any fighting force in WW2, and almost certainly reserved for marksmen who would be carrying long arms rather than lugging an lmg about. LMGs are essentially designed to 'spray and pray' - to provide a base of suppression fire which allows the riflemen accompanying it to maneouvre and better engage the enemy.
