I'm writing a term paper on whether or not settler colonialism led to the genocide of Native Americans. Is there any example of this in the 1900s? My teacher mentioned something about reservations in Oklahoma, but I don't understand what he meant by that. I would really appreciate some examples and sources (if possible).
