There is absolutely nothing on the first five pages of google results for 'Napoleon 3 testicles', a search of JSTOR for 'Napoleon testicle' reveals nothing apart from a British Medical Journal article about the testicles of French soldiers in Egypt. It's a common rumour that Napoleon only had one testicle, but I can't find any academic source to either confirm or deny that Napoleon had any less or more than the normal number of testicles. If possible could you share a picture of the article saying this?
