I have a picture of a high ranking Russian officials pre World War 1. I'm related to him however his name is lost with his background. Is anyone able to identify him or any of his medals, badges and where in the Imperial Russian army he works in(uniform). I believe that the medal at his neck is the order of Saint Stanislaus. Thanks for all your help. https://drive.google.com/file/d/15bNC-Cs3Ob2hb70-CBNKjji6VQFgbGdo/view?usp=drivesdk
New information: It's definitely Russian and not a German uniform [here's a picture of another Russian official wearing same uniform] (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Prince_Georgi_Shervashidze.jpg) my guess would be that it's uniform associated with some court rank, court titles like chamberlain etc. were often given as honorary titles to Russian civil servants. Thank you for helping me u/Bloweryx
