What arguments can be made that Nero wasn't such a bad Emperor?

by eardzz

Hey guys I have to do a paper for my ancient Roman literature course and I chose to explore the idea that Nero wasn't as bad of an Emperor as he is made up to be (especially in Suetonius' Lives of the Caesars). I would appreciate any information and/or books that I could read on the topic. Thanks
