As in, at what date/war would you say rhe ottoman empire was NOT salvageable or able to survive WW1/Post WW1 without a literal miracle?
Some people say as soon as they lost the siege of vienna, others refer to the loss of crimea by the russians and others say when they lost the balkans.
Also, as a bonus question, IF the Ottoman Empire did survive past WW1, do you think it would survive to see the 50s? 60s? Modern era?

There was a recent discussion of The Decline Thesis in "Since the Ottoman Decline thesis has been challenged, what could be the explanation to their loss of territory and military defeats in the 18th and 19th century?" at https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/comments/7zors8/since_the_ottoman_decline_thesis_has_been/ , with answers by /u/Chamboz in that message and in their three previous messages that were linked to:
The rules are against a TL;DR. It would be especially bad in this case, because there needs to be a lot of discussion of debunking of the one thesis, but then discussing various details of various losses or lack of losses.
Certainly the last part of your question is a "what if" question, about whether the Ottoman Empire had continued past World War I. One of the rules is No "What If" Questions, at https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/wiki/rules#wiki_no_.22what_if.22_questions . r/HistoryWhatIf is apparently for that.
