The document is written in French, although the calligraphy is something I have never encountered. Truth be told, I have never dealt with French manuscripts from the era.
In the seventh line of the text I managed to read "qu'il auroit retourné", which indicates the document being written in French. If there is some specialist on this type of calligraphy, it would be really helpful.
