I found this small brass tube with a copper scroll in it while walking. I'm incredibly curious as I've never seen anything like it before.
Obviously its drawn in pen and likely religious, Please can anyone provide some insight?

Adding a general description of the item (size, components, writing etc.), as well as a note on what part of the world you found the item would also aid identification.
