During World War Two, and before, it's clear that Adolf Hitler had a vast amount of supporters, some even fanatical. Fast forward to modern day Germany, and showing support for the Nazi party can even be a crime. At what point after the war was lost and Hitler committed suicide did support begin to fade? Was it immediately after? I can imagine some SS troops even refused to stop fighting the war, but how widespread was this?
Out of curiosity why were the responses removed? They were helpful.
