I came upon this article and realised I have very different picture regarding the events on those days and there obviously exist several contradicting explanations. The official narrative was that Hussein refused several ultimatums and that it was the military campaign that expelled Iraqi forces out of Kuwait. This article states that Iraqi leadership accepted the cease-fire proposal. However the aerial bombing followed in spite of it. What are the facts and what is here propaganda?
