This question seems to conflate two different things.

  1. Hitler's "peace speech", given on October 6 1939

  2. A few of the peace "overtures" from 1940

Regarding the latter, there was no finalized treaty Hitler sent to the British for approval. He spoke about peace a few times that year (including the "appeal to reason" speech), and had some conversations with representativies of the Allies in that time period. From what is known, his goals - if a peace treaty was to come - were largely irredentist.

He wanted the return of former German colonies and other territory lost after Versailles. He wanted for Czechoslovakia to remain a German protectorate, and claimed he'd be okay with Britain remaining an empire with all its colonies. There were also talks of offering peace in exchange for the Allies not interrupting to the forthcoming invasion of Russia, but that never materialized (although there are some claims that that's what Hess was going to the UK in 1941 with). Obviously, Germany was to be respected and its existence and inner happenings unquestioned.

There's an older (from the 1960s) book called What the World Rejected by a German historian called Friedrich Stieve, which is exclusively about Hitler's peace offers to the Allies. It's been revised a bunch of times, so the info should be up to date if you read a newer edition.
