I've been looking for such a list or lists and I would like any assistance in finding one. I need names of people and I would like lists as I don't want to waste anyone else's time doing research. I just would like to be directed to existing resources.
Can you clarify what you mean by a 'theorist'? Do you mean people involved with high-level naval strategy, like Mahan or Corbett were in the years leading up to WWI? Or do you mean people involved with the development of new tactics and technologies?
