Did evangelical Christians believe that previous Arab-Israeli wars would bring about the second coming of Christ?

Theres a prediction in the book of revelation that states that a war will bring about the end of the world and that Jesus Christ will decend from Heaven and confront Satan at Tel Megiddo. "The full armies of the Beast move into Israel (11:41) and shall conquer all that territory (11:41-42) "The Beast moves his headquarters into the land of Israel and assembles his armies there." "It is there that his destruction will come. (11:45)."

Evangelicals support of Israel is largely motivated by this desire to bring about the end of the world and the second coming of Christ. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fo77sTGpngQ

Im curious about what was the reaction of Evangelicals to the previous Arab-Israeli wars, namely the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, Six-Day War and Yom Kippur war. Which would fit with the biblical allusions of a armies of the north and south attempting to destroy Israel

This question needs at the very least some clarification. The verses you cite are not quotations from Revelation, they apppear to be quotations from J. Dwight Pentecost, a dispensationalist author, and the verse references are to Daniel (but the words you are quoting are not from Daniel).

So, those aren't quotes from Revelation, and the interpretation of both Revelation and Daniel that J.D. Pentecost articulates represents a particular reading of those texts, a highly contested one.

Someone better qualified in American evangelicalism than I, will need to address he historical reaction of American evangelicals to Arab-Israeli conflicts.
