It is obviously a male choir. Though the posterized photo is kind of hard to evaluate, it looks like they are all wearing , roughly, the same kind of shirt, with an embroidered border. This suggests eastern Europe, and given the tendency for the Soviet Block to have large national ensembles performing arrangements of national music, maybe it's something like the State Ukrainian Men's Chorus, or the Latvian Men's Chorus ( though there are plenty of non-Soviet Block ensembles still- like the Ottowa Urkainian Choir ) Search around with possible countries and "male choir" or "men's chorus", and see what you get, but I suspect something that might have been cut from an old Soviet Life magazine and may not be online.
