Complete nonsense. Noses fall off statues because they stick out. There are Greek statues with missing noses and Medieval statues from Europe similarly noseless. Statues get worn over time, there are statues with no arms, statues with missing heads entirely and statues with just the feet left, statues were never mutilated in some kind of racial conspiracy.
