Do we have any historical accounts of how Native Americans in North America reacted to seeing Europan maps showing Eurasia and realizing how big the world was across the sea?

I´m curious if we have any accounts of European traders in North America explaining to the natives where they came from, where all the different countries in the Old World were located, and showing them their maps of the world, and how the Native Americans reacted to this.

I´ve read a lot of references about how the discovery of the New World impacted European culture, theology, and philosophy....but am curious how it might have changed the native tribes image of themselves and their place in the world.

I have some understanding of the effect contact with the Spanish affected the peoples of Mexico and Central America, so I am more thinking about the contacts made on the eastern seaboard of Canada and the United States.

Were the native Americans even aware of the shape and size of their own continent?
