How prevalent was it go to Mecca to perform the Hajj for Bosnian and Albanian Muslims in the Communist Era?

All Albanians from Albania were prohibited to leave the country, and outsiders were prohibited to enter the country (except diplomats and so on) comparable to todays north korea.

Religion was officially banned in 1967 and Albania was declared the first Atheist state in the world.

So the answer is: not a single Albania living in Albania. Cannot talk about the diaspora Albanians or Yugoslavian Albanians though, as Yugoslavia was much more tolerant in all aspects, than communist Albania.
