I'm not really sure what you're looking for. The shirt in question is a reproduction of a Germany army service shirt, and not the best one I've ever seen. Collared shirts seemed to start showing up in the field after 1941 (collarless white shirts were worn earlier in the war), but they weren't organized by dates or types. That's a reenactorism. To the German army, a shirt was a shirt, just as a feldbluse was a feldbluse. The exception would be so-called tropical shirts, produced for the Africa Corps, but I can't tell from the photo whether it's tan or gray.

As an aside, Germans almost never attached insignia, litzen, or badges to undershirts. That was worn on the feldbluse.
