This is the second page of the original "Reims surrender" German instrument of surrender in WW2. Whether this is a replica I can't tell.

What is shown in the picture is a copy of page 2 of the German Instrument of Surrender signed at Rheims on 7 May 1945 by representatives of the four major Allies and of the German armed forces. Four copies were signed; I presume that this isn't one of the four!

Where's the rest of it? It looks highly significant.
