Hi there! You might want to narrow down your question a bit, cause it's very very broad. The life of a knight in Medieval Europe, for example, will not be the same as the life of a Medieval Chinese farmer even though they're both in the Medieval period, and there isn't really a catch-all answer to your question as it is. Identifying the region and type of person you're interested in learning about will help a lot in getting an answer.
