What was the originally negotiated boundary of the Gadsden Purchase?

I know that the initial offers from the United States for the Gadsden Purchase would have included nearly the entire northern quarter of contemporary Mexico, but apparently the original purchase that was negotiated was also larger than what the Senate approved and the US ultimately received.

According to Wikipedia a combination of concerns that the US would be giving Santa Anna too much money and that a purchase that was too large might create political benefits for slaveholders led the Senate to reduce the size of the purchase by 9,000 square miles. That means the purchase was only 75% of the land Santa Anna was willing to sell. The only version of the treaty I can find online is the amended version approved by the Senate, not the text of the original document.

What were the boundaries of this larger purchase? What would the US-Mexico border have looked like with it?

As a related question, Why was the Gadsden purchase land not connected to the gulf of California? I understand that there’s no natural harbor but some coast is better than no coast, right?
