She was declared a bastard after Anne's death for a time, but are there any documents claiming she isn't Henry's?
Also as a side note, is there any definitive proof that Anne actually committed adultery outside of the "investigation" that condemned her?
There is no evidence whatsoever that Anne Boleyn committed adultery. None of the charges could be substantiated, and it is likely the confessions of the men who were accused alongside were coerced. Despite her reputation in popular media, there's no evidence Anne was anything other than a loving, loyal wife, albeit one with a temper and a tendency towards speaking too openly. For more on this I would recommend Eric Ives's book 'The Life and Death of Anne Boleyn.' It is, in my opinion, the formative text on her life and death.
TL;DR: Anne Boleyn almost certainly did not commit adultery, of any sort.
